The hotel is located in a peaceful residential area, surrounded by lush green parks. Transportation is convenient - Bus 336 is just a few steps away and airport bus 8A can be reached easily. The staff are friendly and efficient, always eager to help. Breakfast is great and includes both Western and Asian options.

Nothing not to love.

The room was clean and spacious and well appointed (for Guangzhou standards). The staff were very helpful. The shuttle buses to the city were prompt and at good time intervals.

The rooms are very comfortably designed and well lit (without being overdone), well furbished (except the table/chairs would have been completely satisfactory with slightly longer legs - and there is inadequate leg room for the knees to be tucked below the table, due to the table drawers), with all the necessary toiletries and amenities. The bed mattress is rightly firmed, with excellent pillows for that important good night's sleep. Compliments !

The Front desk manager is well experienced and charmingly pleasant in making guests feel welcomed immediately. However, the other front desk staff would do well with further training and knowledge of their own procedures and rules ??. In particular, on the second night, the reception desk staff blocked my request at about 10pm for a Room Service meal charge of about CNY46 - with the reason that my "deposit" is inadequate to cover any more such charges to the Room. This is despite that i had booked 3 rooms through Booked.net with the credit card, and the front desk took a further franking of my same credit card for CNY2,500 upon check-in, unlike many of the other hotel guests, who make "cash deposits". I am certain that we had not charged other expenses exceeding CNY2,500 by then to the 3 Rooms. She insisted it's Hotel Policy as the CNY2,500 is inadequate even for the 3 Rooms booked (which came up to more than CNY3000 upon booking - so then WHY did the Front desk only frank CNY2,500 upon my check-in if they meant to cover "Rooms + Other Charges" as it is "inadequate" already?? She simply repeated the words "Sorry, Hotel Policy" everytime .. i gave up and gave her my same credit card to frank another CNY1,000 just to ensure my other staffs residing in the other 2 rooms do not experience the same embarrassing rejection of my credit card "limit" !! - anyway i cancelled that CNY46 Room Service. Strongly unprofessional service ! Sadly !

The comfy bed and the decent location were the best aspects of this hotel. The bed was soft and fluffy, just what I needed after a long day of exploring. The hotel was situated in a convenient spot, not too far from key attractions and landmarks. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a bonus for staying connected with family and friends back home.

The rest of my stay was a disaster. The breakfast selection was poor, and the quality of the food was not great.

This hotel is long distance away from city centre, but location is O.k if one is around to attend trade fair. The management does compensate somewhat by providing shuttle service to various places of interest.

A bit far away from the citi centre

I had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for me as a nature-loving person, surrounded by beautiful green parks. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The service was top-notch, with 24-hour room service and a bell staff always ready to assist. The amenities in the room were great, including an in-room safe, mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. I also enjoyed the delicious food at the onsite dining restaurant and bar/lounge area. The free Wi-Fi and parking were convenient bonuses. the price/quality ratio was excellent and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for enhanced comfort and quality services.

The water pressure in the shower could have been better.

The staff were very smiley and helpful. But the hotel was far from the city,about 30 minutes to take it.
